When you use our diagnostic report form or contact us by email, you may choose to share your name, email address, phone number, boat or engine details, symptoms, diagnostic findings, photographs, videos, and any other information you include. Our website may also receive limited technical information that browsers normally provide, such as device type and IP address.

We use the information you provide to review your query, prepare or respond to diagnostic requests, communicate with you, improve our guidance, and keep appropriate records of our customer correspondence. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing, storage, and retention

We aim to keep report emails and attachments only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, then delete or anonymise them where practical.
